ZUMBA® is the Latin inspired fitness phenomenon! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, hip-hop etc.) that tone and sculpt the body. It is an all-over-body workout with emphasis on the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle of the body…THE HEART!

Ildiko has been a ZUMBA® certified instructor since March 2008. Her lifelong passion for dance and dedication to fitness made her a natural fit for ZUMBA®. She loves to encourage class participants to “shake it” and finds it very rewarding to see people smile!! Her classes are 60 minutes long; 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of core work and stretching.
Ildiko is a native of Hungary, has been living in the United States since 1996. |
