ZUMBA®– High energy, fast-paced total body workout using a spicy, upbeat mixture of salsa, merengue, samba, belly dancing, hip-hop and many other beats and dance moves.
   
ZUMBA® GOLD – Lower pace version of ZUMBA® Basic, using the same music and moves, yet making it suitable for the true beginner, de-conditioned, elderly, or injured exerciser or for anyone who finds Zumba® Basic a little too caliente…
   
ZUMBA® TONING – Incorporates light weight toning sticks or dumbbells while using the same great music and dance moves.  By targeting specific muscle groups participants get the benefits of extra toning and more calorie-burning than in a regular Zumba® class.
